Diverse Paths
Diverse Paths provides personalised, relationship-based outreach and learning support for children and young people with SEND, SEMH, neurodivergence and barriers to education. We work collaboratively with young people, their families and schools/comunities to make learning more accessible, build confidence and support engagement with education and everyday life. Our outreach practitioners work flexibly around each young person’s needs, meeting them at home, in school or in community settings. Support may include one-to-one tutoring, mentoring, practical learning activities, confidence-building and help to re-engage with education.Sorry, no records were found.
