We provide sport, education and mentoring services for vulnerable people to help them to achieve their potential. We work across the West Midlands, by empowering sports clubs to be more than sport, creating referral pathways with statutory services, working alongside the voluntary sector and the community. We provide the training and support system so that sports clubs can work with vulnerable groups, including young people at risk of negative behaviours, people with poor emotional and mental wellbeing, veterans and survivors of abuse. We also support organisations to deliver alternative provision, which creates one journey to success for young people and helps create a more financially and environmentally stable business model for local community facilities. We are a local, living wage employer and strive to employ people with lived experience from local places and communities.
