Questions
How does claiming a listing work?
Found your setting already listed? Claim it by paying for Enhanced (£25/yr) or National (£100/yr) — we then check it's genuinely you before ownership, editing, the gallery, self-assessment and job posting transfer. If we can't confirm it, you're refunded.
Can I switch from Enhanced to National later?
Yes — upgrade any time from your account page.
What happens if my subscription doesn't renew?
You get a 30-day grace period with reminder emails and lose nothing. After that, editing, the gallery and self-assessment pause until you renew. If it's still unpaid 90 days after expiry, the listing is removed — we'll email you well before that happens.
Is there a free trial?
Every provider already has a free Basic listing — that's the trial. Upgrade whenever you're ready.
